RESERVATION POLICIES

Accepted Payment Methods:We accept VISA and MasterCard to secure reservations, and AMEX payments are welcome for in-house transactions.

Rates and Taxes:All base rates are quoted in USD and do not include taxes or fees. Rates are based on single or double occupancy.

Payment Holds:A hold for the total amount (100%) will appear on your credit card as standard industry practice; this is not a charge. Payments can be made upon arrival using a different card, cash (USD or MXN), or wire transfer. For details about cash or transfer payments, please inquire at the front desk.

Facturas:If you require a factura, please request it at the time of booking or during check-in. Payment must be made using VISA or MasterCard only.

Parking and Valet Services: Parking is not available on-site. Third-party valet service is available for $300 MXN per night (subject to change). This service requires 30 minutes' notice for vehicle delivery or pickup. Please confirm valet needs when booking. Casa Schuck is not responsible for valet service issues; these should be addressed to the provider.

Casa Schuck is not liable for any accidents occurring on the property during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICIES & HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Options include: allianztravelinsurance.com, worldnomads.com, or coverage offered by your airline.

Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.

No-Shows & Early Departures: No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Holiday Reservations: For Easter, Thanksgiving, Día de los Muertos, Christmas, and New Year’s, a 5-night minimum stay applies, along with holiday rates and fees. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded minus a $100 USD cancellation fee per room.

Breakfast: Served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Early morning coffee is available from 7:00 AM.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary throughout the property. Password: WeLoveCasaSchuck!

Honor Bar: A refrigerator near the main patio offers beers, sodas, and juices. Use the provided paper to note your selections, this is an honor system.

Bar Service: The front desk staff can provide wine or mix drinks from the formal stocked bar.

Massages: In-room massages are available. Pricing for 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions, as well as couples’ massages, can be requested at the front desk.

Wine Rack: Each room includes a wine rack with two bottles of wine, two glasses, and a corkscrew. Bottles are $40 USD each. Additional wine or champagne requests can be accommodated.

Fireplaces: Assistance with lighting the chimneys is available through the front desk. For safety, please do not leave units running while sleeping.

Air Conditioning and Heating: Please use AC or heating only when in the room and turn them off when leaving. Staff will perform routine checks to ensure compliance.

Room Amenities: Upon arrival, you’ll receive two bottles of water in your room, which can be refilled at the honor bar dispenser throughout your stay. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hand soap, bar soap, and Q-tips in your room. Additional items, such as toothbrushes, shower caps, and earplugs, are available at the front desk upon request.
